Motorists can now easily check for any NCAP infractions by simply logging onto the new website. The process requires inputting their vehicle’s plate or conduction number, along with the crucial MV File number, which can be found on the vehicle’s Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR).
If a violation is detected, users will be presented with options to either contest the apprehension or proceed with paying the corresponding fine through the MMDA’s official online channels or authorized payment centers.

A key highlight of this new website is its enhanced security. The inclusion of the MV File number serves as an additional layer of privacy, ensuring the platform's compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. This is a direct response to past criticisms of the website's previous iteration, MayHuliBa.com, which only required plate numbers and was flagged for its lax security.
Meanwhile, the MMDA is also making significant progress on its dedicated mobile application for NCAP violations. MMDA Chairman Atty. Romando Artes confirmed that the app is still under development and is anticipated for release within the next one to two months.
While initial reports suggested integration with the Department of Information and Communication Technology’s (DICT) eGovPH app, it now appears the ‘May Huli Ka’ app is being developed as a standalone platform.
Once launched, the mobile application promises even more robust features. Motorists will be able to receive video clips of their actual road-safety violations, providing clear evidence of the infraction. The app will also facilitate the direct contesting of tickets and introduce a system for motorists to schedule appointments with MMDA representatives for assistance during the contesting process. Fleet operators and individuals with multiple vehicles will benefit greatly from the app’s capability to enroll all their vehicles under a single account, streamlining violation tracking. Additionally, the MMDA plans to soon implement text message notifications to promptly inform vehicle owners about new NCAP hits.
The MMDA encourages all motorists to utilize the new website and anticipate the forthcoming mobile application as part of the agency’s ongoing commitment to modernizing traffic enforcement and enhancing public service. Stay tuned for further updates on the app's official release.
