Red Warning Level: Batangas and Cavite
Residents in Batangas and Cavite are under the highest level, the Red Warning, which signals serious flooding in flood-prone areas. Authorities are urging those in these areas to evacuate if necessary and monitor updates from local disaster risk reduction offices.

Orange Warning Level: Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Laguna, Quezon, Pampanga, Bulacan, and Rizal
An Orange Warning is in effect for Metro Manila, including cities such as Taguig, and several other provinces including Zambales, Bataan, Laguna, Quezon, Pampanga, Bulacan, and Rizal. PAGASA has warned that flooding in these areas remains a significant threat, and residents should be prepared for rising waters in flood-prone locations.
In Laguna, numerous towns such as Cabuyao, Calamba, and Los Baños are included under the warning. Quezon Province’s cities of Lucena and Tayabas are also covered. In Bulacan, towns including Malolos, Meycauayan, and Obando are at risk. The flood threat extends to parts of Pampanga and Rizal as well.

Meanwhile, light to moderate rainfall is affecting Nueva Ecija and is expected to persist over the next three hours.
PAGASA urges the public to continue monitoring the weather and take necessary precautions as Kristine continues to affect a wide area. Local authorities are on high alert, with evacuation measures already in place in some areas.
