Signal No. 2 has been raised for Ilocos Norte, Metro Manila, and several surrounding provinces. Winds between 62 km/h and 88 km/h are expected within 24 hours. Light to moderate damage to structures may occur, especially in exposed areas. PAGASA advises residents to secure properties, avoid unnecessary travel, and prepare for power interruptions.
