The TESDA Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) is currently accepting applicants for its Bartending NC II scholarship program, giving aspiring bartenders a chance to learn the trade completely free of tuition while receiving financial support.
Designed for individuals ready to commit to intensive hands-on instruction, this scholarship removes financial barriers for learners looking to enter the hospitality and beverage industry.
Program Overview & Schedule
The Bartending NC II course is a comprehensive, competency-based program structured to equip students with industry-standard bartending and beverage-serving skills.
Duration: 438 hours (equivalent to 55 training days)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Calamagui 2nd, City of Ilagan, Isabela
Scholarship Benefits
Accepted scholars gain access to a fully funded training package designed to sustain them throughout the course:
- Free Training: Complete instruction without any tuition fees.
- Free Assessment: National certification assessment covered at no cost.
- Daily Training Allowance: A ₱160 daily allowance to help defray daily expenses.
Over the course of 55 training days, this allowance can total an estimated ₱8,800.

Application Requirements
To secure an evaluation for an enrollment slot, applicants must prepare and submit clear photocopies of the following credentials:
- 1. Educational Records (Any of the following):
- Photocopy of Form 137 or Form 138
- Photocopy of Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Rating
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Grades
- 2. General Requirements:
- Photocopy of PSA or NSO Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (applicable for married women only)
- Photocopy of Medical Certificate indicating fitness for training
- One (1) 2×2 ID picture with a white background, wearing a collared shirt
