TESDA Korean Language Free Training

Residents of District 5, Bulacan now have a direct pathway to expand their professional skillset. The TESDA Korea-Philippines Information Technology Training Center (KPITTC) is officially accepting applicants for its upcoming training cycle, featuring a diverse lineup of courses anchored by the Korean Language A1 Level program.



Delivered via a flexible blended learning setup—combining online coursework with hands-on, face-to-face instruction at the Guiguinto facility—these programs aim to boost local employability across language, digital, and technical sectors.


Available Training Programs

TESDA KPITTC is offering five distinct tracks tailored to different career goals:

  • Korean Language A1 Level: Beginner-level instruction focusing on basic communication, everyday vocabulary, simple expressions, and foundational grammar.

  • English Language A2 Level: Elementary language training to build foundational conversational and workplace communication skills.

  • Technical Drafting NC II: Hands-on instruction in preparing architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Web Development NC III: Advanced digital training covering front-end and back-end website development techniques.

  • Trainers Methodology Level I: Specialized preparation for TVET instructors looking to conduct competency-based training.




Program-Specific Qualification Criteria

While the general intake is open to eligible residents, specific programs require applicants to meet higher prerequisite benchmarks:

Web Development NC III

• Pass institutional mathematics and abstract reasoning entry tests


• Demonstrated computer literacy


• Proficiency in internet navigation and standard web tools

Trainers Methodology Level I

• Bachelor’s degree graduate (or equivalent TVET experience)


• Certificate of Employment submission


• Valid NC certification in the specific trade/qualification to be taught


• Strong quantitative, qualitative, and verbal reasoning skills





General Eligibility & Requirement Checklist

To qualify, candidates must reside within District 5, Bulacan (Balagtas, Bocaue, Guiguinto, or Pandi).

Applicants must prepare clear, complete copies of the following documents before submission:

  • 2x 1x1 ID photos (white background)

  • 2x Passport-size photos (white background, wearing corporate attire)

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA)

  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)

  • Photocopy of High School Diploma / Form 137 OR College Diploma / Transcript of Records (TOR)

  • Barangay Clearance

  • Certificate of Indigency

  • Medical Certificate confirming the applicant is physically fit to train


Important Disclaimer for Language Learners

While beginner language skills provide an edge in international customer service, tourism, and business process outsourcing, completing the Korean Language A1 Level course does not automatically guarantee employment in South Korea or enrollment in official overseas placement programs (such as the Employment Permit System). Additional language proficiency exams, government clearances, and employment visas remain separate requirements.
