The TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR (RTC-NCR) is now accepting scholarship applications for its Commercial Air-Conditioning Installation and Servicing NC III program, set to begin in October 2026.
This advanced 320-hour course is designed specifically to train qualified NC II holders in higher-level technical skills required for installation, maintenance, and repair of large-scale commercial air-conditioning systems commonly found in offices, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.

Requirements for Applicants
Interested candidates must submit clear photocopies of the following:
- Proof of RAC Servicing (DomRAC) NC II (MANDATORY).
- Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO).
- Previous School Record (High School Diploma, TOR, or College Diploma).
- Barangay Clearance OR NBI Clearance (Valid).
- Valid Government-Issued ID with three (3) specimen signatures.
- Medical Certificate or Barangay Health Certificate stating "Physically Fit for TESDA Training."
- Two (2) latest 1×1 ID Pictures (White background, formal attire).
