Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess standard maritime documentation compliant with STCW regulations for deck ratings:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training Certificates (PSSR, PST, Fire Fighting, First Aid)
- Appropriate Deck Rating Certification (II/4 for OS, II/5 for AB)
- Valid Seaman’s Book (SIRB) and International Passport
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Prior experience on passenger or ferry vessels is an advantage
