 * Washing and Ironing Clothes/Linens: Fabric sorting, stain removal, machine and hand washing, steam/flat ironing.

 * Preparing Hot & Cold Meals: Basic knife skills, food safety, recipe reading, cooking simple dishes, and hygienic presentation.

 * Providing Food & Beverage Service: Table setup, serving meals professionally, and clearing dining areas.

> Elective Competencies: Depending on your target market, some centers offer optional electives like Care & Support for Infants/Children, Elderly Care, or Basic Pet Care.



Entry Requirements

Before enrolling, ensure you meet the basic qualifications:

 * Age: At least 18 years old.

 * Education: Able to read and write (High School graduate/undergraduate or ALS graduate accepted).

   Watch the video demonstrations, read through the PDF modules, and take the online quizzes at the end of each module. You can download your Certificate of Completion once finished.


 4. Apply for Assessment at an Accredited Center

   In-person

   Online modules cover theoretical knowledge. To get your official NC III Certification, contact your nearest TESDA Accredited Assessment Center to schedule a face-to-face practical exam.
