DSWD Clarifies UPLIFT G2P App Record Status for Beneficiaries

To ensure the smooth and organized distribution of financial assistance under the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) program, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) issued a crucial advisory clarifying why some beneficiaries may not see their records on the UPLIFT Government-to-Person (G2P) App.

Many beneficiaries logging into the platform have reported encountering a "No Record Found" notification. DSWD clarified that access to the UPLIFT G2P app is currently phased according to beneficiary status.

Who Can Access the UPLIFT G2P App?

Access to the app is currently restricted to Group 2 beneficiaries who have already received their initial ₱2,000 via manual payout.

Here is what you need to know depending on your current payout status:

 * If you have already received the initial ₱2,000 manual payout:

   * Your record will reflect in the system.

   * You can log into the UPLIFT G2P app to set up and select your preferred payout method for future transactions.

 * If you HAVE NOT yet received the initial payout:

   * Your details will not show up in the app system at this time.

   * Beneficiaries in this category are advised to await their scheduled manual payout date. Once the manual distribution is complete, your records will automatically update in the system, enabling app access.
