Qualifications for the PMA Cadetship Program
To qualify for the PMA Cadetship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen.
- Age: Must be at least 17 years old but not older than 22 years old by June 1, 2025 (born between June 1, 2003, and June 1, 2008).
- Education: Must be a Senior High School graduate (Grade 12) with a general average of at least 85%.
- Height: Must have a barefoot height between 5 feet (152.4 cm) and 6 feet 4 inches (193.04 cm) for both males and females.
- Marital Status: Must be single, never married, never been pregnant, and without any legal obligation to support a child or children.
- Character: Must have good moral character.
- Legal Status: Must not have any administrative or criminal cases.
- Health: Must be physically and mentally fit for military training.
- Examinations: Must pass the PMA Entrance Examination, the Complete Physical Medical Examination by the AFP Medical Board, and the Physical Fitness Test and Aptitude for Service Interview.

- Scan your High School Form 137/138 and PSA Birth Certificate (in PDF format).
- Attach the scanned documents to the Online Application System.
- If the server is busy during registration, try again later.
2. In-Person Submission:
You can also hand-carry your requirements and the accomplished PMA Application Form to the Office of Cadet Admission at the Philippine Military Academy, Fort del Pilar, Baguio City 2602.
PMA Entrance Exam Testing Centers
The PMA Entrance Exam will be held at over 40 testing centers across the country. There are no fees to take the entrance examination; it is 100% free.
