Classes have been cancelled for Monday, May 27, 2024 in the following areas due to inclement weather caused by Severe Tropical Storm Aghon.

Severe Tropical Storm Aghon has led to the suspension of classes in various localities as a precautionary measure against the storm's impact.

• Las Piñas City - all levels, public and private
• Quezon province - all levels; government work suspended as well except for those in the health services, peace and order, and disaster response.

Aghon made landfall over Patnanungan Island in Quezon on Sunday evening, bringing heavy rains and strong winds to the region. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) raised Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 over the Polillo Islands, indicating that these areas are experiencing significant wind impacts.
