Training Schedule
The course spans 25 days, with training sessions held from Monday to Friday. Participants can choose between morning and afternoon sessions, each lasting four hours:
- Morning Session: 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Eligibility Criteria
To enroll in NLSC's English Proficiency for Customer Service Workers course, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be eighteen (18) years old and above
- Must be a Filipino Citizen
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum) / Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduate
Application Requirements
Prospective participants are required to submit the following documents:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
- High School or College Diploma / Transcript of Records
