Contract Duration: One (1) Year (Renewable)
Work Hours: 40 Hours / 6 Days per week
Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: Approximately €1,445 Net per month.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week across a 6-day work period with scheduled rest days.
- Contract terms: Initial 1-year contract with options for renewal based on performance.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must satisfy the following professional, physical, and administrative standards:
1. Musical Expertise & Experience
Formal musical training or equivalent high-level professional experience as a guitarist.
Proven track record of live performances with bands, tribute shows, musical productions, or hotel/resort entertainment setups.
Excellent musical skills, including strong rhythm, adaptability, and the ability to follow musical direction, arrangements, and specific performance guidelines.
2. Professionalism & Communication
Good command of English communication skills (knowledge of additional languages is a distinct advantage).
Strong work ethic, teamwork, discipline, and reliability.
A neat, presentable, and well-groomed professional appearance at all times.
3. Operational & Safety Compliance
Willingness to actively participate in all scheduled rehearsals, departmental meetings, and training sessions.
Care and proper handling of hotel instruments, sound gear, and property to prevent loss or damage.
Readiness to adhere to hotel rules, operational procedures, emergency evacuation protocols, and safety standards.
Prompt reporting of any health and safety hazards or workplace incidents.
4. Documentation & Health Requirements
Must possess a newly renewed passport valid for international travel.
Must hold a valid health certificate in line with Cyprus host-country regulations and hotel standards.
