General Requirements
At least a High School Graduate.
Physically and mentally fit for overseas employment.
Passed all required medical examinations.

Passed the Prometric Exam in the desired skill category.
Passed either the JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic (score above 200).
TITP Graduates (Same Skill Category)
Valid OTIT or JITCO Certificate.
Grade 3 Certificate (Senmonkyuu).
Note: Language exams (JLPT N4/JFT) are exempted for this group.
TITP Graduates (Different Skill Category)
Valid OTIT or JITCO Certificate.
Passed the Prometric Exam for the new skill category.
Passed either JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic.
