Why is there a fee if the training is free?
The Driving NC II training is provided free of charge by TESDA RTC–Butuan City. However, trainees are still required to pay the ₱1,069 assessment and processing fee, which covers the official competency assessment needed to qualify for the TESDA National Certificate (NC II). Successfully passing the assessment is required to earn the certification.
