Position Overview
Role: Hotel Maid / Room Attendant
Base Pay: Starting at 49 Shekels per hour (Approx. $2,700/month)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day (1 rolling day off per week based on schedule)
Shifts: Rotating shifts available (Morning, Evening, and Night)
Locations: Major cities and resort destinations across Israel, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Eilat, Haifa, Caesarea, Hadera, Holon, Ashdod, and Ashkelon.
Core Responsibilities
Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms to meet international hotel standards.
Replacing linens, towels, and essential amenities efficiently.
Following established safety, hygiene, and hospitality protocols.
Collaborating with on-site coordinators and housekeepers in a friendly, international team environment.
Applicant Requirements & Selection Criteria
To qualify for this program, candidates must meet all mandatory requirements. Meeting additional preferred qualifications will give candidates higher priority during the application review.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Age: 21 to 55 years old.
- Health & Fitness: Good physical condition capable of working 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
- Background: Clean record (no criminal history).
- Legal/Heritage Status: Candidate must not have Jewish roots or immediate relatives residing in Israel.
- Professional Attributes: Disciplined, respectful attitude, and a commitment to strict safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications (Higher Priority):
- At least 12 months of prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Background in technical or vocational education.
- Previous international work experience.
- Basic communication skills in English or Russian.
- Valid Category B/C driving license or a forklift license.
