The increase comes after the passage of City Ordinance 2025-104, which was approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod on June 11, 2025, and signed into law by Mayor Abby Binay.

- Senior citizens who are members of Makati City's Blu Card program are set to receive an additional P1,000 in cash incentives starting this July.
- P4,000 for senior citizens aged 60-69 years old
- P5,000 for those 70-79 years old
- P6,000 for those 80-89 years old
- P11,000 for nonagenarians aged 90-99 years old
- P12,000 for centenarians aged 101 years old and above
