Appointment or hiring of government employees (Oct 17–Nov 30)
Spending ban on government-funded projects (Oct 17–Dec 1)
Gun ban and restrictions on use of bodyguards by candidates
Construction of barangay-funded roads and bridges (Nov 21–30)
Liquor ban nationwide on Nov 30
Prohibited election day activities:
Campaigning or soliciting votes within 30 meters of polling places
Opening stalls or holding fairs near voting areas
Destroying or substituting campaign materials
Voting more than once or impersonating another voter
