In a bid to promote road safety and enhance driver education, the Land Transportation Office - National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) Regional Office announces the launch of a free 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) Seminar for aspiring drivers.

Seminar Details

The seminar will be conducted on the following dates: April 4 and 5, April 15 and 16, April 18 and 19, April 22 and 23, April 29 and 30, 2024.

Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Venue: LTO-NCR Regional Office-DEC, located at 20 G. Araneta Avenue, Quezon City. The venue is conveniently situated near the Sto. Domingo Church.
