Classes for Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, have been suspended or will be held online in some areas due to the strike to be conducted by a transport group and the aftermath of the magnitude 6.8 earthquake that hit Davao Occidental on Friday.

Local government units
- Camalig, Albay: all levels, public and private
- Cabuyao, Laguna: face-to-face classes in all levels to shift to asynchronous (modular or online) classes
- Calamba, Laguna: face-to-face classes in all levels, public and private schools to shift to modular or online classes
- General Santos City: all levels, public and private, in-person and online from Nov. 18 to 21; work suspension in government of General Santos on Nov. 20
Schools
- Adamson University: synchronous online classes in all levels to be conducted
- Arellano University: no face-to-face classes in all levels and branches from Nov. 20 to 22; online classes to be done via LMS; work for non-teaching personnel upon discretion of immediate superior
- Ateneo de Manila University: undergraduate and graduate classes in the Schools of Education and Learning Design, Humanities, Management, Science and Engineering, and Social Sciences to be held online for the duration of the strike scheduled from Nov. 20 to 23
- De La Salle University-Manila campus: classes in all levels to shift online from Nov. 20 to 22; non-critical work to also shift online
- De La Salle University-Laguna: in-person classes in all levels from preschool to college to shift online from Nov. 20 to 22
- Far Eastern University - Manila and Makati: classes to be moved online
- FEU High School: synchronous online classes to be conducted
- Mapua University: classes in all levels to be conducted synchronously online; Intramuros and Makati campus employees will temporarily shift to work-from-home arrangement
- Miriam College - Loyola Heights: BEU, SDTEC, and HEU will shift to online classes from Nov. 20-21
- Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila: all classes to shift to synchronous online mode from Nov. 20 to 22
- Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina: all classes to shift to asynchronous class activities from Nov. 20 to Nov. 22
- Polytechnic University of the Philippines: classes in the Sta. Mesa Campus, and in all other branches and campuses will shift to online mode (synchronous and/or asynchronous) from Nov. 20-22, 2023
- University of the East - Manila and Caloocan: classes in all levels for Nov. 20 and 21 will be online synchronous
- University of the Philippines-Diliman: classes to shift to remote or asynchronous modes of learning from Nov. 20 to 22
- University of the Philippines-Los Baños: classes shall be delivered via remote or asynchronous mode
- University of Santo Tomas: classes and office work will shift to the Enriched Virtual Mode and remote arrangements
