The Mayor made the announcement following a video conference with Manila City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Maria Magdalena Lim, Division of City Schools Property Chief Roland Soriano, and 107 school principals.
During the conference, the Manila Division of City Schools relayed to the Mayor their decision on how to deliver the food packs and hygiene kits to the students.
"Sa tulong ng inyong mga principal ay idedeliver namin sa inyong kanya-kanyang mga barangay," Domagoso said.

In order to properly distribute the goods, Domagoso instructed school principals to come up with a database of their students, which the city government will utilize to track its distribution.
This means school principals must sort their databases based on the barangays where their students are residing.
Principals from 72 public elementary schools and 35 public high schools are expected to submit their sorted databases by Tuesday next week.
