It seems that the biggest social media in the world is not functioning AGAIN. Not only in the Philippines but others from other countries across the world has reported issues lately with Facebook.

On July 3, 2019, about 2 weeks ago, Facebook was reported "down".
Facebook users in several parts of the world reported the social media site was inaccessible early Thursday (Manila time).
Tracking website Downdetector received hundreds of reports that users experienced "total blackout" while others had login issues on the popular app.
Users in the Philippines, Japan, Australia and New Zealand were among those affected by the problem.
The hashtag #facebookdown was among the top Twitter trends in the Philippines.
The California giant, which has more than 2 billion users, has yet to issue a statement.
