Movies to watch in 2018

A new year means a new beginning of adventures and new things to try out. Luckily, movie buffs and filmophile were already able to see some previews and trailers of their favorite movies that are set to be released next year. From action to horror, there are different movies to watch out for in 2018.

Avengers: Infinity War
One of the most awaited films in the Marvel universe is set to premiere next year. Marvel fans all over the world are thrilled for the reunion and a gathering of Marvel heroes in one film. As the team of Avengers unites in one action-packed film, again for a good cause to save the world from Thanos a mad titan that wants to destroy the earth. Avengers: Infinity War is also one of the most anticipated films for its vast cast of Marvel characters and plotlines. Avengers: Infinity War is set to hit theaters on April 25, 2018, worldwide.
A Quiet Place
Real-life husband and wife Emily Blunt and John Krasinski grace the big screen together in drama and thriller movie. As the movie’s tagline goes, “If they can’t hear you, they can’t hunt you” makes the viewers excited about the film. It is set in a secluded place where a family of four encounters unusual norms or monsters, to be free they need to stay quiet at all times. The initial release of the movie is on April 6, 2018 in the USA.

Game Night
What happens when adult couples who play games weekly with their other co-adults get a reel to a real game situation? Follow Max (Jason Bateman) and Annie (Rachel McAdams) on an adventure to solve and figure out the mess they got into. As Max’s brother, Brooks (Kyle Chandler) gets kidnapped, the story continues as they find and save him. Game Night is scheduled to be released on  February 14, 2018 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Love, Simon
A movie about love, coming out, finding yourself, and acceptance, Love, Simon is a drama-comedy movie that stars young actor and heartthrob Nick Robinson. The movie is based on the book Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. The story revolves around 17 years old, Simon who is forced to balance his life, such as school, friends, and love. Directed by Greg Berlanti, the film has been gaining a lot of attention with the younger masses. The movie is scheduled for release on March 16, 2018 in theaters worldwide.
A Wrinkle In Time
American writer Madeleine L’Engle A Wrinkle in Time first published in 1962, will be brought to life by Walt Disney Pictures next year. When Meg Murry’s astrophysicist father mysteriously disappears, she with her friends are transported to a distant universe to save him. The cast includes famous celebrities and personalities such as Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, and much more. We can see the movie on the big screen around March 9, 2018.
Ocean 8

It’s time for the top females of both movie and music industry to join forces in one movie. The iconic Ocean’s 8 installment is back now with femme fetal who are ready to kick some ass next year. Starring Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, and Awkwafina. Who said women can’t do it better? Because they can. Are you ready to see the girl group who are on a mission to steal and win it all the way? Ocean’s 8 will be released on June 8, 2018.
