Motorists and pedestrians at the Makati Central Business District, were shocked to see a pornographic clip being shown on a digital billboard on Tuesday afternoon.
The porn material was shown on the billboard around 2:40 p.m. at a building at the corner of Makati Avenue and Gil Puyat Avenue.
The netizen caught the incident on video while at a stoplight.
A day after, Mayor Abby Binay ordered to shut down the said billboard.
