The TESDA Regional Training Center – NCR (RTC-NCR) is now officially accepting applications for the Photovoltaic (PV) Systems Installation NC II course under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following basic entry qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must hold a Certificate of Indigency.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Physically and mentally fit to complete technical training.
Note: All candidates undergo initial screening, an entrance examination, and document verification. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admission.
Required Documents
Prepare photocopies of the following credentials before visiting the application center:- Birth Certificate
- School Record: High School Diploma, College Diploma, or Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Clearances: Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance
- Government ID: Valid photo ID with three specimen signatures
- Medical Certificate: Issued by a clinic or Barangay Health Unit confirming fitness for physical training
- Certificate of Indigency
- Photos: Two (2) recent 1×1 ID photos (white background, formal attire)
