TESDA scholarship applications are officially opening for a variety of in-demand technical and vocational courses—complete with tuition coverage, free assessment, and a daily training stipend.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the program, candidates must meet the following basic requirements:

Age: 17 years old or older.
Residency: Must be a registered voter of Iloilo City.
Education: High school graduate or Alternative Learning System (ALS) completer.
Current Status: Not currently employed and not currently enrolled in school.
Health: Physically fit to undergo technical skills training.
Prior Grants: Must not have previously availed of a TESDA scholarship grant.

Documentary Requirements

Prepare one complete set of the following documents before going to the application site:

Bio-data or Resume: Updated, attached with one (1) 2x2 ID photo (white background).
Voter's Identification: Photocopy of Voter’s ID or official Voter’s Certificate from COMELEC Iloilo City.
Birth Certificate: Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate.
Academic Record: Photocopy of High School/College Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR).
Civil Status Proof: Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
