Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this specialized scholarship, applicants must meet the following baseline conditions:

• Status: Must be a returning Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW).
  
  
• Residency Condition: Must have been residing back in the Philippines for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to application.

Required Documents

Prepare one clear photocopy and original copies (for verification) of the following:

• Proof of OFW Status: Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC), Work Permit, OWWA ID, or employment contract.
  
  
• OWWA Endorsement: Official endorsement certificate issued by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.
  
  
• Valid Driver's Permit: Photocopy of your active Student Permit or non-professional/professional Driver's License.
  
  
• Educational Record: Any one of the following: Transcript of Records (TOR), Form 137, or Form 138.
  
  
• Identification: Photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs displaying three (3) specimen signatures.
  
  
• Civil Status Proof: Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract (if married).
