Eligibility Criteria

- Residency Condition: Must have been residing back in the Philippines for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to application.

- Proof of OFW Status: Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC), Work Permit, OWWA ID, or employment contract.
- OWWA Endorsement: Official endorsement certificate issued by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.
- Valid Driver's Permit: Photocopy of your active Student Permit or non-professional/professional Driver's License.
- Educational Record: Any one of the following: Transcript of Records (TOR), Form 137, or Form 138.
