La Mesa Dam's water level has exceeded its spilling mark as of 3:00 PM today, Monday, July 21, due to persistent heavy rainfall and the effects of the Southwest Monsoon (habagat).
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that the dam's water level reached 80.16 meters, slightly surpassing its critical spilling level of 80.15 meters.
