Quiboloy Threatens to shutdown Globe, PLDT

Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy is the founder and leader of a church called “Kingdom of Jesus Christ.” He claimed that he is the “owner of the universe” and the “appointed Son of God.”

Vice Ganda challenged Quiboloy to halt the traffic in Epifanio De Los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Coco Martin’s top-rated tv series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” The pastor accepted it and all of the comedian’s dares eventually happened.

The traffic in EDSA stopped due to the 2019 novel coronavirus. The hit Kapamilya program and the tv network stopped operating after its franchise expired last May 4.

On the recent televised program of Pastor Quiboloy, he talked about the slow internet service in the Philippines. He mentioned the three telecommunications operators in the country like Smart, Globe, and PLDT.

He said these companies should be ashamed of their service because the Philippine has the slowest and expensive internet in the world. He threatened that he is going to stop their operation and replace them with much faster and cheaper internet service.

“Smart, Globe PLDT… O mga may-ari ng mga telco mahiya naman kayo. Sa buong mundo tayo ang pinaka bagal, pinaka mabagal tapos ang laki-laki pa ng singil nyo…”
