- President Duterte on COVID-19 vaccine: “I think by December, meron na hong vaccine or at least not a vaccine, a medicine that would kill Covid-19.”

- Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana reports that all repatriated Filipinos from Sabah are COVID-free.
